Returns & Refund Policy
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
When returning item(s), shipping cost must be prepaid by shipper. RelaWorks will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Credit will be issued when an item is returned and evaluated and usually takes 3-7 business days.
Most items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer for a refund to be processed. If you need to return an item, please call us, or send us an email. Upon receipt, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided along with shipping instructions.
You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discontinued or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be in original condition and in the original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Assembled parts and items that have been used are not returnable
